Neil Joseph, former President, CEO and owner of a large manufacturing company for 30 years. Included were 3 R&D centers as well as 4 engineering locations dealing with metrology. The company was ISO 9000-2000 certified. Headquarters were located in Vermont with over 10 locations around the world.

Selling in 60 countries, in 10 languages and manufacturing in over 40 technologies, Neil started developing in India in 1992. In recent years, Neil's company filed a patent per week and won many awards including product of the year in his industry and the Vermont 5x5x5 award three years in a row as the fastest growing development and manufacturing companies in Vermont. Neil sold his company in 2005.
